It's a .zip folder so you'll have to unzip the folder

then, inside the folder there'll be a file called "SmallProj1.exe" 

click on it because that's the game's application. enjoy.

(also, if Microsoft protection windows thingy pops up, click on More Info or something and click Run Away because this is NOT a virus 100% trust me bro)
